I was staying in the hotel last week and we had food in the restaurant every day. One of the servers Deniz was so lovely. Nothing was a bother to her.. Everything we requested even if it wasn't exactly as it said on the menu she went off and checked if our requests were possible. She was such a lovely lady and so helpful. She is an asset to your hotel. Thank you Deniz for all your help and for getting me a bowl of the delicious postachio ice-cream 🙂

The room was first class, the food was excellent and all the staff so welcoming and helpful This was a return visit so our expectations were high - and we were not disappointed! The facilities in the room were excellent and room service was sensibly priced and available 24hrs. I fully recommend this hotel. We flew from South Terminal and caught the 24hr shuttle train right outside the hotel promenade.

We spent 2 weeks here for training and the Sofitel is a very good location. Meeting in the evening at the bar was very delightful as we enjoyed great service and very good meal, from traditional British (famous Fish&Chips) to Asian food as well. The bar in the middle of the lobby area was so comfy and the personnel was very welcoming, especially Shivani - a nice girl from India - really cared about us. It was a pleasure to see a well known face in the evening and feeling like "home".
